A student completing this course unit should be able to:

1. Explain the electrical conduction mechanisms in semiconductors transistors devices.
2. Explain equivalent small signals, low frequency models and evaluate the magnitude of current/voltage components in the circuit.
3. Test experimentally semiconductor devices and compare experimental results with the simulation data.
4. Write reports with the analysis of the circuit.
