Intended learning outcomes
The intended learning outcome of the curricular unit is to provide the students with basic concepts of high-level programming languages. The concepts are put into practice by means of Python and MATLAB languages. Some basic notions of Microsoft Excel will be also introduced, for the students to get acquainted with data handling using worksheets and their interface to MATLAB. It is intended that the students acquire the required concepts to the algorithmic resolution of problems, with emphasis in those that arise in applied engineering physics.
