- Develop custom software in order to perform automated system and network management tasks;
- Use scripting languages perform and design automated management tasks;
- Compreend Technologies, protocols and APIs, associated to remote management;
- Design and evaluate testing procedures for service monitoring;
- Use configuration management tools.
