Intended learning outcomes
  1. To make students aware of the importance and necessity of Communication, Leadership and Marketing in the organizational structure of companies;
  2. To raise awareness of the fundamental relevance of a good Communication and Leadership strategy in the era of globalization, with special emphasis on the responsibility of capturing, training and managing employees so that each unit is integrated as a whole, in the search for internal and external organization;
  3. Perspecting the development of Principles, Methods and Techniques of Work in Marketing / Client Orientation in the domain of Products / Services Marketing;
  4. Train the main techniques to support the development of Marketing in a perspective of improving productivity and quality of service / customer orientation.
  5. Develop in students the skills inherent in preparing, conducting and evaluating meetings in order to improve their productivity and obtain high levels of participation and involvement of stakeholders.
