Intended learning outcomes
- To make students aware of the importance and necessity of Communication, Leadership and Marketing in the organizational structure of companies;
- To raise awareness of the fundamental relevance of a good Communication and Leadership strategy in the era of globalization, with special emphasis on the responsibility of capturing, training and managing employees so that each unit is integrated as a whole, in the search for internal and external organization;
- Perspecting the development of Principles, Methods and Techniques of Work in Marketing / Client Orientation in the domain of Products / Services Marketing;
- Train the main techniques to support the development of Marketing in a perspective of improving productivity and quality of service / customer orientation.
- Develop in students the skills inherent in preparing, conducting and evaluating meetings in order to improve their productivity and obtain high levels of participation and involvement of stakeholders.
