1. Devolop knowledgement in management methodologies aplied in project construction, regarding its various aspects, starting from its designs (constructive solutions) and considering the execution methods, students can link in an integrated way the consequences of choices made in the design stage with the costs, safety, quality, environment and sustainability issues of the interventions.
2. Acquire skills in current and trend construction management methodologies in all its phases, applied as a way to respond appropriately and innovatively to the increasing complexity of construction.
3. Explain and present BIM principles and methodologies in the context of project lifecycle management.
4. Acquire skills to implement the application of BIM principles and methodologies in the business context of the AEC industry.
