The students that finish with success this elective will be able to:

1. Demonstrate knowledge about the Fundamentals on microeconomics and macroeconomics;
2. Demonstrate knowledge about the Fundamentals on project management, strategic analysis, finance and project investment;
3. Develop a project investment analysis and a business plan supported by a business case;
4. Think about real situations of projects in companies, related to organization, technological innovation, entrepreneurship/start-up, risk, human resources and finance;
5. Discuss case studies about project management and investment analysis.
