Intended learning outcomes
The curricular unit (UC) has the following learning objectives:
- Understand and understand the challenges that globalization of the economy poses to organizations in general and to companies in particular, in the context of the complex and dynamic environment that characterizes today's society and its diverse world geographies.
- Develop a holistic view of the lifecycle of organizations, including their product / service, process, facility, logistics, material / immaterial and human resource strands and ability to integrate multidisciplinary knowledge and problem solving into those Domains.
- To have organizational and management skills that allow the conceptualization and support to the implementation of processes of performance improvement of organizations and capacities of entrepreneurship, innovation and sustainability within the framework of the challenges of competitiveness based on ethical references and social responsibility of organizations.
