- Understand the phenomena of sound propagation in closed spaces;
- Apply techniques to correct the acoustic conditions of rooms;
- Study and know how to apply acoustic absorption and diffusion materials and acoustic insulation;
- Know how to relate the various acoustic descriptors with the use of the room;
- Simulate, test and evaluate the performance of noise control systems;
- Acoustically design an enclosed space for a specific use – concert halls or industrial halls – following the applicable legislation.
