On 5 and 10 February, ISEL received a visit from a group of students and teachers from two vocational schools in the Agios Athanasios region of Greece, as part of the ERASMUS+ programme.
The initiative brought together 55 students and 10 teachers and national coordinators, as part of the project "HEALTH WASTE – A SUSTAINABLE EUROPEAN APPROACH", which aims to promote a sustainable approach to healthcare waste management and provide an innovative educational experience.
During their stay, participants had the opportunity to learn about ISEL's work in the area of Biomedical Engineering and explore emerging themes such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT), reinforcing the link between technology and sustainability.
This visit was part of the Professional Training KA1 – Erasmus+ programme, which aims to promote the sharing of knowledge and good practices between educational institutions in different European countries.
